Dental Care Cards were developed for my own private dental practice in 2007. I introduced this concept into my office for numerous reasons. After explaining to my patients the do’s and don’ts of the procedures that were performed, multiple times per day, I knew most everything that I was preaching to the patient was going in one ear and out the other. Most of the time, the patients have never had that particular procedure performed. They do not know anything about the procedure and do not understand some of the side effects of treatment.
